The upcoming General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF) General Conference will be held in Jordan at the Dead Sea, from 4 to 7 October 2026, announced the GAIF secretariat general in a press release.
The announcement was made by the GAIF Council when it convened in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on 8 November 2025.
Several important topics on the meeting agenda were discussed, including a review by the Jordanian insurance sector about preparations for hosting the 35th GAIF General Conference.
The Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF) chairman and the Jordanian insurance market GAIF representative Majed Smeirat assured the members of the GAIF Council that they are committed to attending to every detail to ensure the success of the Conference.
