| 09 Jul 2026

More than 1,000 delegates have registered to attend the the 35th General Arab Insurance Federation General Conference (GAIF35), three months ahead of the Conference, with momentum building towards attracting more than 2,000 participants from the region and across the world. The delegates hail from at least 37 countries.

Organised by the Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF) under the Royal Patronage, GAIF35 will be held between 4 and 7 October at the King Hussein Ben Talal Convention Centre at the Dead Sea, Jordan, under the theme “Back to Principles”.

The GAIF General Conference is recognised as the leading Pan-Arab insurance event and one of the region's most prominent specialised economic conferences. The Conference is distinguished by its broad international participation and the high calibre of attendees, bringing together insurance industry leaders, senior executives, economists, policymakers, regulators, and experts from Arab, regional, and global insurance markets.

To enhance the participant experience, JIF has launched a dedicated conference website offering comprehensive information and integrated digital services. Through the website, participants can arrange hotel accommodation, airport arrival and departure transfers, schedule business meetings via the Meeting Hub facility and access participant support services. The platform also provides information on entry visas requirements, as well as details of the Conference's programme, which addresses the key issues shaping the global insurance industry.

This year’s GAIF General Conference in Jordan will feature a diverse programme of social and cultural activities, providing international guests with an opportunity to experience Jordan's rich heritage and vibrant local culture.
