Total equity rose by 9% to AED177.5m, reflecting the achievement of sustainable value for shareholders and enhanced financial stability.

The company reduced its accumulated losses to AED30.7m at the end of 2025 from AED43.3m at the end of 2024. The accumulated losses peaked at AED181.3m at the end of 2023 and have since been declining as the company turned around its operations.

Dr Nour El-Din Atatrah, Chairman of Takaful Emarat, said: “These results reflect the continued effectiveness of the company’s transformation strategy and our commitment to achieving sustainable and profitable growth. We remain focused on strengthening our financial position, improving operational efficiency, and providing innovative, customer-centric solutions that comply with Sharia principles.” M
