Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabian units of GlobeMed and Orient Insurance collaborate to offer healthcare services

GlobeMed Saudi, a healthcare benefits management company has announced a collaboration with Orient Insurance – Saudi Branch, which is part of Orient Group, a top-tier insurance provider in the UAE with strong regional expertise.

Under the collaboration, effective from May 2025, GlobeMed Saudi offers Orient’s insured members access to a network of over 3,800 healthcare providers, including hospitals, medical complexes, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, dental clinics, physiotherapy centres, and optical centres across the kingdom. GlobeMed also operates 13 field offices at key hospitals, providing seamless support and on-site assistance at provider locations. This is further supported by the “GlobeMed FIT” mobile app.

Orient Insurance announced in December 2024 that it had been granted a licence by the Saudi Insurance Authority (IA) to conduct insurance and reinsurance business in Saudi Arabia. GlobeMed Saudi has over 20 years of experience in the Saudi healthcare market. M
