Tysers Dubai has welcomed Mr Ben Lott to its non-marine team. In his new role, he helps develop the property and casualty (P&C) portfolio across MENA alongside Mr Younes Younes, who joined the (re)insurance broker in December 2025.
They support clients with strategic risk solutions and developing new opportunities for Tysers’ growing Dubai operations.
Mr Lott brings 10 years of (re)insurance experience across the P&C, construction, energy and specialty sectors. He joins Tysers from Gallagher Re, where he held a senior broking role, placing complex facultative risks across the Middle East, London and international markets.
He also developed in-depth P&C experience and technical skills across multiple territories at BMS Re and Munich Re.
