UAE:Change in executive management at Al Ain Ahlia

Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company (Al Ain Ahlia) has announced the conclusion of Mr Mohd Mazhar Hamadeh's tenure as CEO, effective 11 June 2026. The announcement was made in a company statement disclosed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The board of directors has approved the move.

Mr Hamadeh assumed the role of General Manager and CEO of Al Ain Ahlia in 1994.

Al Ain Ahlia Deputy CEO Mr Ronald Bakica was appointed Acting CEO with effect from 12 June, until the appointment of a new CEO, said the statement.
