Tysers Insurance Brokers, a leading international Lloyd's broker, has formed a strategic partnership with Ronesans Reinsurance & Insurance Brokerage (Ronesans), one of Türkiye's foremost insurance brokerages.
Under the agreement, Tysers will take an equity stake in Ronesans, strengthening their relationship and aligning long-term growth ambitions, according to a statement issued by Tysers.
The two parties will work together to support clients in Turkiye and Central Europe, placing risks into local and international insurance and reinsurance markets, including Lloyd’s.
