Muzn Islamic Banking, the Islamic banking window of National Bank of Oman, has formed a partnership with Takaful Oman, to offer its customers a wide range of takaful products.
The Shariah-compliant insurance offerings include family, health, and motor takaful.
More specifically, the bancatakaful products encompass plans such as Takaful Elite Life, My Health Plus, and Takaful Motor. Takaful Elite Life, a comprehensive family takaful plan, also includes complimentary travel coverage.
My Health Plus, specifically designed for females, provides coverage of medical expenses in the event that the insured is diagnosed with one of the gynaecological cancers specified in the insurance policy. Sold to customers aged 18 to 65, the plan also offers coverage for spouses.
The Takaful Motor plan covers the customer’s vehicle and passengers.
Muzn Islamic Banking, set up in 2013, is the first Islamic banking window in Oman. National Bank of Oman, ranked among Oman’s five biggest lenders, has around 60 branches in the Sultanate.
