The board of directors of BNA Assurances have announced the appointment of Mr Faker Rais as CEO.
Mr Rais brings more than 36 years of experience, and a career marked by strategic project management, modernisation and digital transformation. Prior to his new role, he worked with AMI Assurances, United Cooperative Assurance, Labuan Re in Bahrain and BEST RE. Most recently, he was deputy managing director of BNA Assurances.
Mr Rais holds a master in management science with a specialisation in finance from the Faculty of Economics and Management in Sfax and a master in insurance management from the Maghreb Institute of Finance and Development.
Mr Rais succeeds Mr Mohamed Skander Naija.
