Kuwait Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Kuwait Insurance) has appointed Mr Meshari Abdulrazaq Al Nusf as CEO, effective 12 November, according to a company disclosure filed with Boursa Kuwait on 4 November.
He takes over from Mr Sami Sharif, who resigned for personal reasons, the company statement reads.
Mr Al Nusf has served as Kuwait Insurance’s Dseputy CEO since July 2025. He joined the company in 2009 and has held several positions since then.
He has been serving as Vice Chairman of Kuwait Islamic Takaful Insurance Company since 2024. He has also been a board member of Kuwait Reinsurance Company since 2022.
