Swiss Re has launched its new Group Broker Management Practice, and appointed Mr Matthias Meyenhofer as Group Broker Executive to lead the new practice, effective July 2026.
In his new role, Mr Meyenhofer fosters strategic broker relationships and drives greater alignment across Swiss Re’s businesses.
He brings extensive experience with over 23 years of industry experience and a proven track record in advancing successful partnerships.
The Group Broker Management Practice is meant to bring responsibility for relationships with key brokers and intermediaries together within a dedicated unit serving the Swiss Re Group. The reinsurer works closely with brokers across P&C reinsurance, corporate solutions, L&H reinsurance and at the Group level.
