UAE: SALAMA partners with Ajman Bank to offer property takaful

Insurance provider SALAMA Islamic Arab Insurance Company has teamed up with UAE-based Islamic bank Ajman Bank to offer Shariah-compliant insurance solutions to the bank’s customers. The collaboration starts with property all-risk takaful for home finance customers.

The partnership will integrate SALAMA’s takaful products into Ajman Bank’s customer offerings, with the two organisations also exploring opportunities across personal banking, business finance and wealth management.

According to the firms, the agreement would provide a new distribution channel for the insurer and establish a foundation for expanding their collaboration.

The partnership supports SALAMA’s strategy of strengthening distribution through commercial partnerships and widening access to its takaful solutions. M
