Holy Land Takaful Insurance has launched an initial public offering (IPO), to expand community participation in the company.
Subscriptions to the IPO will take place from 2 to 25 August 2026 through all branches of the Islamic Bank of Palestine and the Arab Islamic Bank, reported Watan News Agency.
The number of shares offered is 1,817,500. They are offered at the nominal value of $1 per share.
The company enjoys a strong financial position, with a capital of $15m and has the highest solvency margin for the second year in a row. At the end of 2025, its solvency margin was 229%.
The company’s chairman, Mr Abdul Ghani Al-Attari, said that the insurer continued to achieve positive financial results, as its profits in 2025 exceeded $1m.
Holy Land Takaful received regulatory approval in August 2023 to operate as a takaful provider in the Palestinian market with an authorised capital of $15m.
Holy Land Takaful Insurance is one of 10 insurers in Palestine and one of four Islamic insurers.
