Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance has announced the Board of Directors' decision to accept the resignation of the company's CEO, Mr Hussam AbdulAziz Al-Kannas. The resignation was attributed to personal reasons.
The announcement was posted on stock exchange platform Saudi Exchange, and came into effect on 1 April 2024. The decision was dated to 29 March 2026.
The post also noted that the Board of Directors expressed their gratitude to Mr Al-Kannas and wished him success in his future endeavours.
The company will announce any further developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO, the post stated.
