The United Cooperative Assurance Company has announced the issuance of a Board of Directors resolution that appoints Mr Marwan bin Mohammed Al-Hazmi as Acting CEO of the company.
The announcement comes after obtaining the Insurance Authority’s No Objection, according to the Saudi Exchange.
Mr Al-Hazmi has more than 30 years of professional experience in business planning, sales and marketing management in the insurance sector, in addition to outstanding academic and professional qualifications.
He holds a master of business administration in marketing and advanced marketing strategies from the University of Leicester, UK, alongside a bachelor of political science from King Abdulaziz University.
