The 10th Aqaba International Insurance Conference (Aqaba Conference 2025) will be held from 11 to 14 May 2025. The conference, themed "Bridging Insurance Future with Technology" is already making traction in the Jordan insurance market and abroad according to a statement by Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF).
The Aqaba Conference 2025 has already attracted 44 partners, including international, Arab and local insurance and reinsurance companies, exceeding the number of sponsors in the previous conference and five months before its launch.
This year’s conference being organised by JIF in cooperation with the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF) will be held under the patronage of Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan Dr Adel Al-Sharkas.
The conference in its 10th edition will continue to focus on timely and contemporary issues related to the insurance industry in the regional and global setting, with more attention being paid to growth of technology and its adoption by the industry.
The biennial event, which was first launched in 2008, is considered a reliable platform for (re)insurance companies and various insurance-related providers to meet and discuss the current major concerns of the industry.
