Liberty Specialty Markets, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed Ms Winsee Cheung as Divisional Director, Delegated Authority Practice.
In her new role, Ms Cheung will head the unit in Liberty’s MENA region, as a part of its underwriting leadership team alongside the other Divisional Directors. The directors provide direction and priorities for their division, with a clear focus on the needs of clients and brokers.
Ms Cheung joins from Marsh, and has significant leadership experience and in broad portfolio solutions, with 25 years in the industry.
