Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, has announced the appointment of Mr Stephen Postlewhite as CUO of the reinsurance business, effective 26 January 2026 and subject to Bermuda immigration approval.
In his new role, Mr Postlewhite will lead Conduit’s underwriting strategy and oversee portfolio performance across P&C and specialty segments. He will also be responsible for managing Conduit Re’s outwards reinsurance strategy.
Mr Postlewhite brings nearly 30 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, having held senior roles across underwriting, risk management and actuarial disciplines. He also has experience in applying data-driven insights to enhance risk selection, capital allocation and exposure management.
Prior to his new role, Mr Postlewhite worked with QBE Re and Aspen. He joins from McGill and Partners.
