Employees in the Middle East are worried about their health, with half of respondents to a survey saying that they feel stressed in everyday life.
This is one finding published in the MarshMercer Benefits’ “Health on Demand 2025, Smarter Benefits, Stronger Workforce” report.
Other key findings include:

51% of employees in the region say that they feel stressed most days at work, placing the Middle East among the top five markets where employees feel this way

33% of employees say that in the past two years, they have delayed seeking healthcare due to financial reasons (eg. high cost of healthcare, lack of insurance, etc)

Employees in the region say that they trust their employer the most over the government and private programmes to provide timely access to healthcare.
