Having previously served as General Manager for Kenya, bolttech has promoted Ms Bente Krogmann to the role of General Manager, Africa, an expanded regional role leading the InsurTech's business across the region, including Kenya and South Africa.
In her new role, Ms Krogmann works closely with market leaders and teams across Africa to drive growth, strengthen commercial execution and accelerate new partnership opportunities.
Ms Krogmann brings extensive experience in InsurTech, entrepreneurship and insurance distribution in Africa, having lived and worked in East Africa for the past 14 years. She founded Kenyan insurtech mTek, which was acquired by bolttech in 2025, and has since played a key role in growing bolttech’s business in East Africa, developing digital insurance propositions and strategic partnerships across the region.
