Tawuniya announces resignation of Chairman and member of the Board of Directors

The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) announced the resignation of its Chairman, Mr Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Alnowaiser, from his positions as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors (Non-Executive), due to his professional commitments.

The announcement was made on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on 25 October.

The Company will announce the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board of Directors in due course, once appointed.
