Hannover Re South Africa has promoted Mr Wesley Clay to the role of CEO, subject to regulatory approval.
According to a LinkedIn post, Mr Clay joined Hannover Re in 2002, and has held a range of leadership roles across the reinsurer.
Most recently, he led Hannover Re’s life and health business in South Africa, driving its strategic direction and growth, fostering key client relationships and contributing to numerous global initiatives across the Group.
