Lockton Re MENA has appointed Mr Amr Afifi as Head of Life and Health, effective August. Based in the UAE, he joins from RGA MENA where he spent over 10 years as Regional Director - Business Development, Group, Individual (Health & Life) and Credit.
Before that, Mr Afifi worked at AXA as Regional Head – Group, Individual & Credit Life, for almost five years in the UAE.
Between 2007 and 2011, Mr Afifi served as Business Development Manager – Gulf Region at MetLife. He previously occupied several positions at prominent insurance companies and banking institutions in Canada, Egypt and the Gulf region.
