QBE has appointed Ms Melanie Willis as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the QBE Group Board, subject to regulatory approvals and effective 1 September 2026.
Ms Willis will step down as Chair of the Australia Pacific Board following a period of significant contribution to the business. Her deep knowledge of QBE, together with experience across corporate finance, strategy, innovation and investment management, will bring a valuable perspective to the Group Board.
She is also a Director on the Board of Pexa where she chairs the Audit and Risk committee and chairs the People and Remuneration Committee at Challenger.
