Liberty Mutual Insurance has promoted Mr Gareth Rees to the role of Global Lines Leader for its Global Transaction Solutions (GTS) business.
In his new role, Mr Rees works work closely with GTS’ leadership team across EMEA to maintain its market-leading transactional liability offering. He is also responsible for driving GTS’ strategic priorities in the next chapter of its evolution.
Mr Rees has been fundamental in shaping GTS’ global business. He was most recently CUO for six years, having held senior roles since joining in 2015. A former corporate lawyer, Mr Rees brings extensive experience in M&A across a variety of industry sectors.
Mr Rees succeeds Mr Rowan Bamford who has left the business to pursue new opportunities.
