Aon has announced the appointment of Mr José María Navas as Chief Claims Officer for EMEA.
In his new role, Mr Navas leads the firm’s claims organisation across EMEA, overseeing strategy, advocacy and claims preparation capabilities to support clients in navigating an increasingly complex claims environment.
As part of his remit, Mr Navas helps further develop Aon’s claims capabilities across EMEA, including the adoption of Aon Claims Copilot, the firm’s recently expanded global claims platform.
Mr Navas brings nearly 25 years of experience with Aon, most recently leading claims in Spain, along with deep expertise in claims advisory, including advocacy, preparation and operations.
