State-owned Iran Insurance Company, Iran's largest insurer, has paid a record IRR150tn ($114m) in compensation to individuals affected by the Iran-Israel-US war since the hostilities broke out on 28 February.
The company revealed the figure in an official statement, noting that the payments were made under wartime conditions and during the New Year holiday period (the spring equinox), reported Trend News Agency.
The insurer said that it is continuing to ensure timely compensation for those affected.
