Claims management firm Crawford and Company has announced that Mr Bruce Swain will assume the role of Interim President and CEO, and member of the Board of Directors, effective 1 January 2026. He is currently serving as CFO.
With more than three decades at Crawford, Mr Swain’s deep understanding of Crawford’s business, combined with extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, positions him well to guide the organisation in the future.
Mr Swain succeeds Mr Rohit Verma, who has decided to step down effective 31 December 2025, to pursue a new opportunity.
Ms Holly Boudreau, who joined Crawford in 2013, will succeed Mr Swain as CFO, effective 1 January 2026. A CPA and seasoned finance leader, she currently serves as Senior Vice President of Tax, Treasury and Finance Transformation, driving major initiatives to enhance operations and lead complex global transactions. Prior to joining Crawford, she was a tax director at PwC.
