Ivory Coast:Vehicles to undergo technical inspection as precondition for auto insurance purchase

Vehicle owners have to present a technical inspection certificate to purchase motor insurance, according to an order signed by the Minister of Finance and Budget, Mr Adama Coulibaly, last month.
