RAKBANK, also known as The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, has launched Protego, an insurance aggregator platform that helps users navigate insurance in the UAE.
The platform is operated by Protego Insurance Brokers which is a 100% subsidiary of Ras Al Khaimah-headquartered RAKBANK. Protego helps people make better-informed decisions when buying their insurance, RAKBANK said in a statement.
Protego streamlines the entire insurance process, offering real-time quotes. Protego allows customers to access real-time quotes in just 60 seconds. The platform allows faster coverage, secure payments, and personalised experiences across car, travel, and home insurance. It delivers services like AI-powered claims notifications and roadside assistance. Customers can also securely store and manage their policies through a unique digital folder and e-Vault, ensuring their important documents are always safe and accessible.
