MS First Capital Insurance (MSFC) has appointed Mr Vikas Shukla as CEO, subject to regulatory approval. He succeeds the late Mr Ramaswamy Athappan, who passed in May 2024.

He also a diverse range of experiences across all facets of actuarial functions with multinational companies, and currently serves on committees for the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.
