More training needed to address gender inequality

There is still much that needs to be done to address gender inequality in the Middle East insurance sector. Training and education is needed for staff to practice diversity and inclusion policies. Middle East Insurance Review spoke to AXA Assurance Maroc’s Ms Meryem Chami to find out more.
