North Africa disasters shine a light on Nat CAT cover

The North African region needs more Nat CAT coverage to protect those vulnerable to earthquakes and floods. Recent disasters in Morocco and Libya are unlikely to have a substantial impact on the insurance industry. However, the catastrophes highlight a significant protection gap.
