Organised by the Gulf Insurance Federation, the event will consist of several workshops over two days to address a number of technical issues facing the insurance industry and their impact on the sector. These include the role of governments, takaful performance, fraud and civil liability.
13th Singapore International Reinsurance Conference (SIRC)
Theme: “Managing Risks in an Uncertain World”
2-4 November 2015, Singapore
The SIRC is considered as the premier reinsurance event in Asia, drawing key decision makers and senior management executives within the insurance, reinsurance, broking and regulatory communities. The 12th SIRC hosted some 940 delegates from all over the world.
This year’s conference will focus on the various emerging risks and constant changes buffeting the world and the global insurance industry. In response to feedback, the 13th SIRC will be structured to allow for an extra day of networking, while the Lloyd’s Coffee House and bilateral meeting rooms will be fully functional throughout the event.
13th Insurance and Reinsurance Carthage Meeting

22nd IAIS Annual Conference
Theme: “The Supervisor’s Role Within Policyholder Protection, Financial Stability and Market Development”

The IAIS Annual Conference, which will look at the role of supervisors, will follow a new format in 2015. The week will start with IAIS committee meetings on 9-11 November, followed by the General Meeting, and concluding with the Annual Conference on 12-13 November.
