Dubai-based ETG Insurance & Risk Solutions (EIRS), the rapidly growing insurance and reinsurance division of the global agri-commodity conglomerate ETG, has formed a strategic partnership with BrokerPlus, a Turkish insurance brokerage.
This marks EIRS’s formal entry into the Turkish insurance market, according to a statement released by EIRS. This alliance merges EIRS’s international reinsurance strength with BrokerPlus’s deep local market expertise, enabling both firms to better serve Turkish corporates expanding across Africa and the Middle East.
Expanding the EIRS Global Network
BrokerPlus becomes the second member of the EIRS Network, following a successful partnership forged with Epicure Insurance Brokers in Nigeria. EIRS announced in May 2025 that Epicure had joined the network.
The EIRS Network is on track to onboard eight additional specialist insurance brokers across Southern Europe, the Middle East, and the UK by the end of 2026, creating a globally integrated platform of insurance experts.
"This partnership represents more than market entry, it's about creating synergies between our global reinsurance capabilities in London and Dubai, and BrokerPlus' client relationships and trust," said Mr Abhishek Jain, CEO of EIRS. "Turkish companies are increasingly active across Africa, where EIRS has established a strong presence, making this collaboration full of sense."
