The first phase of the "E-Government/My Private Insurance" project has been completed successfully. The project involves setting up a platform to provide fast, easy and effective insurance access and transactions.

The project is being developed through the joint efforts of the President’s Digital Transformation Office, the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) and the Insurance Information and Supervision Centre, reported Anadolu News Agency.

The platform is accessible through e-government mobile and web applications. It allows easy viewing of insurance policies from different insurance companiesfor branches such as motor, health, life and fire, the Natural Disaster Insurance Institution (DASK) Agricultural Insurance Pool (TARSIM) and the Individual Retirement System (BES). Thus, users will be able to access all insurance details through this single platform.

Details provided include current and expired policies, remaining days left on policies with an approaching renewal date, damages, bank and branch information for credit-related policies, and call centre contact details. Users can also file and track complaints about policies and damages via the screen.
