Specialty MGA Africa & Middle East has appointed Ms Laila El Bahtouri as treaty senior underwriter and Mr Mohamed Bader Bouananir as senior underwriter for specialty lines.
In her new role, Ms El Bahtouri will drive Specialty MGA Africa & Middle East’s growth in P&C reinsurance markets, developing a balanced portfolio of specialist lines as she prioritises meeting client objectives.
Ms El Bahtouri brings 19 years of experience. Prior to her new role, she worked with SCR and SCOR Paris. She is an Actuary Fellow of the French Institute of Actuaries.
In his new role, Mr Bader Bouananir will be responsible for driving Specialty MGA’s growth in specialty lines of business and expanding its market presence in Africa and the Middle East.
Mr Bader Bouananir brings more than 15 years of experience. Prior to his new role, he moast recently worked with SCR. He holds a master of business administration from Texas Tech University in the US.
